The small print, in full
- Points can be used from 40 € of products, and not together with a promo code — the larger discount applies.
- Points from an order unlock 14 days after delivery, once the return window has closed. A return removes them.
- Points expire after 12 months without an order or a redemption. Any order keeps the whole balance alive.
- Points have no cash value and can’t be transferred.
