Klarna is one of the ways to pay at our checkout. Choose it, and Klarna offers you the options it has for your order — often paying later or in parts.
How it works

Add your pieces and go to checkout as usual.

Choose Klarna
On the payment page, pick Klarna. Klarna shows you the ways to pay it can offer for your order, and asks for its approval there.

Pay in the Klarna app
Your order ships as usual. Klarna tells you when to pay, and you can follow it all in the Klarna app or at app.klarna.com.
Questions
Which ways to pay will I see?
That depends on your country, your order and Klarna’s own check. It can include paying in 30 days, paying in instalments, or paying straight away. Klarna shows you the options and its terms before you confirm.
Does it cost anything extra?
NOVS charges nothing extra for paying with Klarna: the price is the same as with any other method. Klarna’s own terms apply to how and when you pay it, including anything it charges if a payment is late — check them in the Klarna step before you confirm.
What if I return something?
Returns work exactly as with any other payment: 14 days, free label. When we refund, the amount goes back through Klarna, which updates what you owe or pays you back.
Why wasn’t Klarna offered to me?
Klarna decides who it offers credit to, and for which amounts and countries. If it isn’t available for an order, any other payment method at checkout still works.
Who do I ask?
