Secret Santa Jewellery Under €30: Gifts That Don’t Look Like a Budget
· 2 min read
Secret Santa has two rules nobody writes down: stay inside the budget, and don’t give something that ends up in a drawer. With €20 to €30 and a name you barely know, that is harder than it sounds.
Jewellery solves both. Here is what to choose, depending on how well you know them.

If you barely know them
Choose something with no size: a fine chain or a pair of small hoops. Earrings are the safest guess, as long as they are for pierced ears and you have seen them wear some. A simple chain in gold or silver goes with any style.
Steel that won’t tarnish or turn the skin green means they can wear it every day, which is the whole point of a gift.
If you know their style
- Wears a lot of rings? One more to stack: a thin band or an interlinked ring.
- Always in gold? Match it. Mixing metals is lovely, but not for a first gift.
- Bold dresser? A cocktail ring with one coloured stone looks far above €30.
The ring size problem
For a ring, the size is the risk. Go for an open or adjustable shape, or a size between 54 and 57, the most common for women. If it doesn’t fit, it can be exchanged within 14 days of delivery, or worn on another finger.
Last-minute: a gift card
A gift card from €25 is sent by email, with your message, and can be dated for the day of the Secret Santa. They choose the piece and the size.
